We took a couple of weeks in August to recharge the batteries at the El Cid Beach Resort in Mazatlan. We try to get down there at least once per year - relaxing with nice beaches, great weather, lots of restaurants to try, cruising around in pulmonias, exploring the new Mazatlan Aquarium, and staying in a very comfortable 2-bedroom suite. We were joined by Chris, Connie, JoAnne, and Jeff....
We certainly had a good time - enjoying the pool, beach, and some excellent restaurants. The weather was perfect and we did take time to visit the new Mazatlan acquarium - it's definitely in it's infancy and I'm sure it will grow to be a great addition to the region.
